The smart city solution provides integrated web and mobile interfaces for Palava residents, for all their information and transaction needs in the first of its kind green field smart city project in India.The needs addressed currently include:
- Resident on-boarding, services enrollment and account management
- Multi-utility billing and customer care services
- Resident portal and mobile apps for citizens to register and track responses to problems, book city facilities, pay bills, check energy usage and transport schedules, view live camera footage of different parts of the city, get local updates and so on
- Integration with the other IT applications including IBM IOC, parking, smart cards, access control, video management system, procurement, call centre, and so on.
