Gartner Inc. positions Phoenix in the Magic Quadrant 2013 for Utilities Customer Information Systems

Phoenix IT Solutions is the only Asian Head quartered product company to be positioned in the Gartner’s Magic Quadrant 2013 for Utilities Customer Information Systems as a niche player based on evaluation of the mPower CIS™ Product Suite for the Energy & Utilities market.

The Gartner report is a guide for buyers of Customer Information Systems (CIS) solutions in the energy and utilities market. Gartner’s evaluation criteria include product/service, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience, and operations.
