We at Phoenix IT Solutions Ltd have been working with our partners in delivering our mPower™ based ICT solutions to our customers in energy & utilities and smart cities industry segments. We recently celebrated our 15th anniversary and we take this opportunity to thank our customers and partners who have supported us all along this journey.
Over the years, we extended our products and solution portfolio from CIS and CRM to smart metering, smart grids, enterprise solutions and now into smart cities. We also expanded our presence across multiple regions globally with offices in Asia, Middle East and USA. However, we are committed to focus on energy and utilities sector solutions, even in smart cities, and will continue do so with renewed vigour and thrust embracing new technology developments.
As a true reflection of our continued focus on energy and utilities products and solutions and our expanding reach to global markets, we decided to change our company name from Phoenix IT Solutions Limited to Fluentgrid Limited. The name Fluentgrid signifies smooth flow of utility services like power, water, gas, street lighting, sewage, solid waste, etc., through a network of intelligent grids.
We take this opportunity to assure that there is no other significant change except the change in our name. The new entity Fluentgrid Limited still continues to be under the same ownership and management structure with renewed focus on energy and utilities sector and we are committed to provide the same world class products, solutions and support services, on which we have built our reputation in the industry. Similarly all the current contracts and agreements remain unchanged.
