Fluentgrid Limited is implementing its mPower integrated billing and customer care solution for Operatori i Shpërndarjes së Energjisë Elektrike sh.a. (a.k.a. OSHEE sha.a.) of Albania. OSHEE is the electric power distribution system operator of Albania, a country in South Eastern Europe.

Fluentgrid will implement its proven and time tested mPower CIS product suite to deliver advanced billing and customer care solutions to OSHEE. mPower CIS is positioned on Gartner Magic Quadrant for Utilities Customer Information Systems for the fourth consecutive year in 2016.

The project, which is under implementation in Tirana – the capital of Albania, is part of an ongoing program funded by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) for upgrading the power distribution infrastructure in Albania.
