Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive – Tender Management to oversee end-to-end tendering activities across government and private e-procurement portals. The role involves tender documentation, compliance, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tendering lifecycle with 2–3 years of core experience in tender submissions.
- Handle GEM Portal and other government/private e-procurement systems for uploading, tracking, and submitting bids.
- Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents, checklists, BOQs, proposals, and compliance forms.
- Ensure error-free, timely submission of bids with 100% adherence to tender requirements.
- Analyze tender terms, eligibility criteria, scope, and compliance obligations.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
- Guide junior team members on tender workflows, documentation, and bid strategies.
- Generate MIS reports on tender pipeline, submissions, and outcomes for management review.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients, management, and internal departments for tender-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: B.Tech).
- MBA/PGDM in Business Administration, Operations, or Marketing (added advantage).
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in tender management.-on experience in tender management.
- Strong knowledge of tendering procedures, procurement norms, and compliance.
- Experience with GEM Portal and various e-procurement portals is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.
