Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled React Front-End Developer with approximately 3 years of hands-on experience in building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, a solid understanding of front-end fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and backend teams
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React.js
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable components
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product teams
- Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and cross-device compatibility
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar solutions
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Perform unit testing and assist in maintaining overall code quality
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Hands-on experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
- Good understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and styling approaches such as:
- Tailwind CSS
- Ant Design (AntD)
- styled components
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, or similar build tools
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in front-end or React-based development
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, memorization, code splitting)
- Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
