Fluentgrid recently won the coveted utility systems integration project for 5 utilities of Karnataka replacing the existing billing and customer care products implemented during R-APDRP days. Fluentgrid’s suite of solutions including CIS, CRM, Enterprise Asset Management, Energy Audit, UHES, MDM and Insight will help the utilities cater to more than 18 million consumers across these 5 utilities. The project will be rolled out over a period of 24 months for all the R-APDRP and IPDS areas of all the five ESCOMs responsible for electricity distribution in the state of Karnataka.

These Electricity Supply Companies, also known as ESCOMs, are Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM); Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited (HESCOM); Mangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (MESCOM); Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company Limited (GESCOM) and Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC).
