Fluentgrid has won the ISGF Innovation Award 2022 – Certificate of Merit in the Category: Smart Technology – Electricity Distribution for qualifying among the top five in the Category: Smart Technology – Electricity Distribution, for our innovation in LwM2M protocol-based implementation of NIC FOTA for improved FOTA upgrade time and lesser data cost. LwM2M Protocol has been the more prevalent protocol in the IoT space.
In a first of kind pioneering technology initiative in India, Fluentgrid implemented its Unified head-end system (UHES) over the NB IoT communication network for India’s premier private utility Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL). Fluentgrid acted as the main system integrator supplying its licenses for 1 lakh metering points. The project will support TPDDL for 7 years. Fluentgrid solutions were integrated with over three other meter manufacturers in this project, which was in itself a huge achievement.
The ISGF Award was given away on 4th March 2022 in New Delhi.
Representing Fluentgrid, Mr. Ramana, Vice president- Sales & Client Relations; Mr. Manjeet Singh, Vice president-Pre-sales P&U and Mr. Rahul Sharma, Regional Sales Manager received the award from Mr. Reji Pillai, President, India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) & Chairman, Global Smart Grid Forum (GSGF).
