In line with global efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic, we were swift in taking adequate measures on employee safety while diligently planning to meet all our service commitments worldwide thereby ensuring business continuity.

Immediately after the nationwide lockdown was announced on 23rd March, all the Fluentians were facilitated to work from home. Only a handful of us visit our offices to monitor security, safety and functioning of IT and other infrastructure.

Our HR and Admin teams are in constant touch with all Fluentians, enquiring about their physical and emotional wellbeing including that of their family members. We have distributed a full course of vitamin supplements to boost their immunity and attending to their other needs ensuring their safety, wellbeing and productivity.

Except for a few Internet bandwidth related issues at remote locations, it’s business as usual at Fluentgrid. We have been interacting with our clients and partners, pursuing new opportunities, continuing to deliver against plans, going beyond the call of duty to help our clients fight the pandemic, innovating new solutions like the Epidemic Response Center and productively using the time saved in commuting for learning new skills as virtual competency groups and participating in hackathons.

The fact that our solutions power the essential services for power utilities and smart cities keeps us motivated and accessible to clients. While we are getting ready for the new normal, post lockdown, let us stay in touch to keep things moving for a better tomorrow.
