Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant
Work Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

- The consultant is an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate SAP technologies to deliver superior business impact.
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have understanding of the HR processes, implementation in the system in areas of the SAP HR / HCM, Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT), Payroll – India (PY)
- Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of at least one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC
- Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/
- Experience in minimum 1 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations for each of the phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migration
- Must have sound knowledge of Indian statutory forms and all HCM related statutory Compliances
- Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of at least one country in Americas, Europe, or APAC
- Excellent Communication and ability to work as team, as role will require to have extensive meetings/calls with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contact
- Ability to handle Clients Issues, Requirements independently
- Ability to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables on time
Education: MBA – HR, Must be graduate of any specialization and preferably a post-graduate
Experience: 2+ Yrs. of experience in SAP HCM, mainly India Payroll
