Job Responsibilities:

• Functional troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Understand and gather additional reporting requirements
• Extract and analyse available reports for actionable insights
• Identify and manage functional changes
• Coordinate training programs for business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders on day-to-day operations to ensure smooth processes

Education: B.Tech, MCA, or any graduate with relevant experience

Experience:  Minimum 3 years in a techno-functional or Business Analyst role within the utility domain
