Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Switching & LAN Technologies:

• In-depth knowledge of switching protocols like Spanning Tree Protocol, Port-Channeling, and 802.1X
• Experience managing Enterprise LAN networks, VLAN configuration, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Active Directory (AD)/LDAP, DNS, and DHCP services

Routing & Layer 3 Technologies:

• Strong understanding of Layer 3 protocols such as IPv4, IPv6, and ARP
• Hands-on experience with dynamic routing protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP
• Exposure to Multicast, MPLS, and AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Accounting)

Network Security Technologies:

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in IPSec VPN and SSL VPN
• Understanding of secure network design principles and implementation

Minimum Qualification & Experience:                                                                                  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the Networking domain
• Mandatory Certification: CCNA or CCNP (Cisco Certified)
• CCNA or CCNP Certification Is Mandatory Skill-set 
• Hands on Experience on Switching Technologies Spanning Tree Protocol, Port-Channeling and Enterprise LAN Network 802.1X, VLAN, AD/LDAP, DNS, DHCP
• Working Knowledge on L3 Technologies as IPv4, IPv6, ARP, Routing Protocols – EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, OSPF, Multicast & MPLS, AAA
• Strong Understanding of Security Technologies IPSEC VPN, SSL
