Job Description:
- Installation, Configuration and management of Microfocus EMS, NMS application suite
- Configure, monitoring of network, server and applications through Microfocus EMS & NMS
- Configure customized Dashboards, thresholds
- Develop SLA and availability reports
- Configure and manage ITSM through Microfocus EMS, NMS stack
Experience: 5 Years of Relevant Experience
